The Star Sleep Bed comes with the below manufacturers parts warranty
Ten years on the bed frame.
Three years on the drive system.
One year on wood products and remotes.
Alto Med Supply’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for or replacing, at its option, any product that, at the sole discretion of Alto Med Supply, is found to be defective. This warranty does not cover failure due to negligence, accident, deliberate abuse, installation not following the company’s instructions, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
