The Protekt® 300 Pressure Redistribution Foam Mattress by Proactive Medical is expertly designed for patients at moderate to high risk of pressure ulcers.

Available at Alto Med Supply, this advanced mattress features a multi-layered foam construction that promotes even weight distribution, reduces pressure points, and supports optimal comfort and care in both clinical and home settings.

At the core of the Protekt® 300 is a high-density, high-resilient die-cut foam layer in the torso and head zones, providing targeted pressure relief.

The sloped heel section features open-cell memory foam to improve circulation and reduce the risk of heel breakdown by shifting pressure to less vulnerable areas.

For added safety and stability, the built-in PTSS Rail System assists with patient transfers and offers edge support during bed sitting.

The mattress is covered in a stretch nylon top that is breathable, fluid resistant, and treated with antimicrobial and antibacterial properties to support hygiene.

A 360-degree zipper with an anti-contamination flap allows for easy cover removal and cleaning.

The bottom cover is made of triple-laminate vinyl that meets fire safety standards.

With a weight capacity of 350 lbs. and backed by a 7-year non-prorated core warranty and 2-year cover warranty, the Protekt® 300 offers long-lasting performance and value.

Warranty

This product comes with a 7-year non-prorated warranty on the core and a 2-year non-prorated warranty on the cover for manufacturer’s parts.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
