Constructed with a high-resilient 1.5 density foam core, the Protekt® 100 delivers consistent weight distribution to help minimize pressure points.

Its ultra-soft foam features a 28 ILD (indentation load deflection), allowing for deep immersion and superior pressure redistribution.

The durable nylon cover is vapor permeable to reduce moisture build-up and features a low-friction surface that’s both antimicrobial and fluid resistant—promoting hygiene and comfort.

For added convenience, the mattress includes a 360-degree zipper with an anti-contamination flap for easy cover removal and protection against fluid penetration.

It meets federal fire safety standards (16 CFR part 1633) and supports up to 350 lbs. With a 4-year non-prorated warranty on the foam core and a 2-year warranty on the cover, the Protekt® 100 offers long-lasting value.

Optional raised side rails are also available in all sizes for added patient safety.

Warranty

This product comes with a 4-year non-prorated warranty on the core and a 2-year non-prorated warranty on the cover for manufacturer’s parts.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
