The Proactive Medical Protekt® Aire 3500 Low Air Loss and Alternating Pressure Mattress System is designed to help manage and prevent pressure injuries through advanced pressure redistribution.

The included quiet, user-friendly pump is built for reliable performance and is coded E0277 for Medicare reimbursement eligibility.
This model features a 5” mattress with an integrated 3” densified fiber base for added safety in the event of power loss, ensuring continued support.
The pump delivers alternating pressure in preset 10-minute cycles and includes a static mode for safe patient transfers.
An easy-to-use airflow dial allows caregivers to adjust pressure settings based on individual needs, while a visual low-pressure alarm alerts users if airflow becomes compromised.
Designed with patient comfort and hygiene in mind, the mattress includes 18 laser-cut holes to promote airflow and help regulate skin temperature.
The fluid-resistant, anti-microbial nylon cover is soft, quilted, and removable for easy cleaning.

Warranty
This product comes with a 18 month non-prorated manufacturer's parts warranty.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
