Warranty

One-Year Full Warranty on Assured Comfort Beds

Assured Comfort Beds are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. During this period, should any defects arise, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost to the customer, provided the part is shipped within the continental United States. Customers should report any faults by providing detailed written notice along with photographs. We may inspect the product to verify the fault. If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item. In cases where repair is insufficient, a replacement will be arranged.

Extended Limited Warranty (Years Two to Five)

From the second to the fifth year following your purchase, if any parts of your Assured Comfort Beds are found to be defective, we will replace them. The purchaser is responsible for all service and shipping costs associated with the replacement of these parts.

Maintenance

Periodic checks of the tightness of all fasteners are recommended for product stability and safety.
Clean with water and mild detergent using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and solvents.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been removed from packaging or been used, we regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
