The Platform Series Hi-Low Specialty Bed by Assured Comfort® offers a stylish, low-profile solution designed to enhance safety, comfort, and independence in home care environments. 

Available at Alto Med Supply, this adjustable bed features smooth electric Hi-Low operation with a height adjustment range of up to 10 inches, making transfers easier and safer especially when paired with an 8" mattress that can lower to just 17” from the floor.

The bed includes quiet motorized articulation with head adjustment from 0° to 70° and knee adjustment up to 40°, allowing users to find their ideal position for rest or recovery.

A durable scissor-lift mechanism provides stable vertical movement, while optional side assist rails, upholstered in padded leather, offer added support and comfort at both the head and foot of the bed.

Customers can choose from a wide selection of headboard and footboard styles to match their décor.

The bed is compatible with a variety of mattresses, or you can use your own if it fits the adjustable frame. Corded and cordless remote controls are included for easy operation.

Warranty

One-Year Full Warranty on Assured Comfort Beds

Assured Comfort Beds are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. During this period, should any defects arise, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost to the customer, provided the part is shipped within the continental United States. Customers should report any faults by providing detailed written notice along with photographs. We may inspect the product to verify the fault. If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item. In cases where repair is insufficient, a replacement will be arranged.

Extended Limited Warranty (Years Two to Five)

From the second to the fifth year following your purchase, if any parts of your Assured Comfort Beds are found to be defective, we will replace them. The purchaser is responsible for all service and shipping costs associated with the replacement of these parts.

Maintenance

Periodic checks of the tightness of all fasteners are recommended for product stability and safety.
Clean with water and mild detergent using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and solvents.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been removed from packaging or been used, we regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
