Users can also customize head articulation from 0 to 70 degrees and knee articulation up to 40 degrees, helping achieve optimal resting and therapeutic postures.

Equipped with both cordless and corded handheld remotes, the bed provides convenient control over height, head, and knee adjustments, plus pre-programmed positions for effortless use.

The Signature Series offers a wide variety of headboard and footboard styles to suit your bedroom décor, and an optional “Cloudlift” side panel design offers an additional 5½” of lift access for caregiver convenience.

For added safety and assistance, padded leather upholstered side rails are available for the head or foot of the bed.

Warranty

One-Year Full Warranty on Assured Comfort Beds

Assured Comfort Beds are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. During this period, should any defects arise, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost to the customer, provided the part is shipped within the continental United States. Customers should report any faults by providing detailed written notice along with photographs. We may inspect the product to verify the fault. If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item. In cases where repair is insufficient, a replacement will be arranged.

Extended Limited Warranty (Years Two to Five)

From the second to the fifth year following your purchase, if any parts of your Assured Comfort Beds are found to be defective, we will replace them. The purchaser is responsible for all service and shipping costs associated with the replacement of these parts.

Maintenance

Periodic checks of the tightness of all fasteners are recommended for product stability and safety.
Clean with water and mild detergent using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and solvents.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been removed from packaging or been used, we regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
