The Accuris IsoPure™ 96 Automated Magnetic Bead-Based Purification System is a high-throughput, fully automated solution designed to streamline nucleic acid purification workflows in research, clinical, and diagnostic labs.

Available at Alto Med Supply, this advanced instrument efficiently processes up to 96 samples simultaneously using deep-well plates and is compatible with all major magnetic bead-based kits.

Engineered for flexibility and performance, the IsoPure™ 96 automates every step of the purification process—including mixing, bead transfer, washing, and elution—helping to reduce hands-on time and improve consistency across samples.

Its user-friendly interface features a color touch screen and mouse for onboard programming, with the ability to save and transfer up to 100 protocols via USB or PC connection.

The system's 8-position carousel includes two heating blocks that precisely regulate temperatures from ambient +5°C to 120°C, optimizing lysis and elution steps for higher purity and yield.

Sample volumes can range from 50µl to 1000µl, and settings for mixing time, speed, amplitude, magnet strength, and cycle repeats can all be customized to suit specific workflows.

Additional features include a built-in UVC sterilization lamp that reduces the risk of contamination by eliminating stray DNA, RNA, and microbial agents between runs.

A cooling fan maintains ambient chamber conditions for stable operation.

To support protocol development, Accuris has partnered with leading reagent manufacturers and offers optimized scripts for popular magnetic bead kits.

The IsoPure™ 96 is also compatible with industry-standard deep well plates and magnetic tip combs, with dedicated consumables available for contaminant-free processing.

Warranty

This product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
