The Accuris SmartDrop™ Nano Spectrophotometers, available from Alto Med Supply, are advanced instruments designed for quick and accurate microvolume analysis of DNA, RNA, and proteins.

These compact benchtop spectrophotometers deliver high-precision results from sample volumes as small as 0.5 to 2.0 microliters, helping laboratories streamline workflows without the need for dilutions.

Each model features a full-color 7-inch touchscreen interface with icon-driven menus and preprogrammed protocols, allowing for fast setup and easy operation without the need for an external computer or software.

All models come equipped with a built-in printer and a cuvette port for OD600 readings, offering additional flexibility for cell density measurements.

The SmartDrop L is the most economical model, ideal for basic DNA, RNA, and protein quantification.

It utilizes LED and silicon detector technology, offering readings at 260 and 280 nm with a fixed 0.5 mm path length.

This model is capable of detecting up to 2,500 ng/µL of double-stranded DNA, delivering results in under five seconds, and automatically calculating 260/280 ratios for purity assessment.

For labs requiring greater sensitivity and spectral analysis, the SmartDrop X offers full-spectrum UV-Vis scanning from 200 to 800 nm.

It features a long-life Xenon lamp paired with a precision monochromator and a highly sensitive CCD detector. 

This model supports advanced colorimetric assays such as BCA, Bradford, and Lowry, and includes auto-ranging path lengths of 0.2 mm and 1.0 mm, allowing detection of up to 4,500 ng/µL of dsDNA without dilution.

Full-spectrum analysis is completed in just six seconds, with the option to analyze up to five specific points on the spectrum for custom data output.

The SmartDrop XF is the most advanced model in the series, combining full-spectrum absorbance with an integrated fluorometer for highly sensitive quantification of low-concentration nucleic acids.

It features a patented motorized sample arm and supports three path lengths—0.05 mm, 0.2 mm, and 1.0 mm—providing unmatched versatility and accuracy.

Capable of detecting up to 15,000 ng/µL of dsDNA without dilution, the XF model also supports fluorescence-based quantification using blue light excitation at 460 nm, compatible with dyes such as PicoGreen®, RiboGreen®, GFP, and fluorescein.

Additional UV, green, and red excitation channel options are available upon request.

To support fluorescence-based applications, Alto Med Supply also offers Accuris DNA Quantification Kits, designed for use with the SmartDrop XF, Qubit®, and compatible fluorometers or microplate readers.

These kits include highly selective reagents for dsDNA, ssDNA, and RNA, ensuring accurate and interference-free results.

This product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
