1-year parts and labor warranty: Aegis warrants its refrigerators, freezers, and ultra-low freezers against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
5-year compressor warranty: The compressor itself (the sealed refrigeration unit) is warranted for five years.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee apply.
Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
