A comprehensive alarm system provides alerts for temperature changes, power failure, low battery, sensor errors, and door status, with optional remote monitoring for added protection.

Built with durable steel construction and an anti-condensation door, it also includes castors and a cable port for convenience, while maintaining energy-efficient operation, ~6.1 kWh/day.

Warranty

This product comes with:

• 1-year parts and labor warranty: Aegis warrants its refrigerators, freezers, and ultra-low freezers against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
• 5-year compressor warranty: The compressor itself (the sealed refrigeration unit) is warranted for five years.

Important Notes:

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
• If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee apply.
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
