Engineered for proper biomechanics, the Evolv aligns its pivot points with the body’s natural movement, helping maintain consistent support from sitting to standing.

Its contoured seat encourages effective over-center stretching, while optional components, such as independent knee pads and adjustable footplates, help address hip and knee contractures.

These design features allow users with sufficient range of motion to reach full hip and knee extension, while others can gradually progress through partial weight-bearing standing.

Warranty on this product is as follows:

• Steel Frames:5 year warranty
• Hydraulic Actuator: 2 year warranty
• Upholstered components, plastic pads, rubber parts, painted surfaces, bearings, and other non-listed parts: 90 day warranty

Warranty on Electric Lift option components is as follows:

• Actuator & Hand Pendant: 2 year warranty
• Control Box & Battery: 90 days
• Battery Charger: 90 days

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is not covered.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
