Warranty on Electric Lift option components is as follows:

• Actuator & Hand Pendant – 2 year warranty
• Control Box & Battery – 90 days
• Battery Charger – 90 days

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is not covered.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
