This product comes with a 7-year manufacturer's warranty on the chair frame, and a 1-year warranty on all other components.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

You have the right to return your order within 25 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs and 15% restocking fee apply.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
What a life saver. The chair arrived in a big box. Was very easy to assemble. Just unfold and attach the foot pedals. Mom is now able to cruise around her complex visiting friends and participating in activities.
