This product comes with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the frame and welds, 1-year coverage on the motor, wheels, handles, switches, and assemblies, and 6-month coverage on the battery.

You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
