Warranty
The Dynarex Semi-Electric Homecare Bed with Dynarest Tri-Layer Mattress for the Motor and Hand Control: 5-year warranty covering critical electrical components used for positioning.
All Other Bed Parts and Components: 1-year warranty covering the spring deck, casters, and miscellaneous hardware.
Mattress Foam Core: 7-year limited warranty covering the high-density foam layers and memory foam heel zone.
Mattress Cover: 1-year limited warranty covering the fluid-resistant, 4-way stretch cover.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
