The LS150 Series is designed as a long-term care replacement mattress with firm side rails for added stability and a soft heel section for targeted pressure relief.
Its stretch polyurethane top and vinyl bottom are fluid-resistant, flame-retardant, anti-static, bacteria-resistant, antifungal, and non-allergenic.
Available from Alto Med Supply, the Graham Field Lumex Select Series Foam Mattress is made in the USA, meets 16 CFR 1633 requirements, and is designed to meet HCPCS Code E0184 criteria.
It includes a 60-month mattress warranty and a 12-month cover warranty.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply.
- Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
