Equipped with a microcomputer control system, the freezer features a 10-inch LCD display with a temperature precision of 0.1ºC, allowing users to easily adjust the temperature between -40ºC and -86ºC.

The display also shows key operating data, including temperature, voltage, and ambient conditions.

This freezer includes a stand-alone sample management system, enabling users to efficiently track and manage sample inventory.

The system is compatible with a USB memory function, allowing up to 10 years of temperature monitoring data to be stored, downloaded, and exported as needed for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

In case of power failure, a backup battery powered by two lithium batteries ensures that the LCD screen remains operational for up to 22 hours, providing peace of mind.

Security is a priority with multiple safety locks available, including a keylock, padlock facility, and optional electromagnetic locks or fingerprint recognition for added protection.

The freezer’s superior thermal insulation, featuring a 90mm VIP + polyurethane foam door with four seals, minimizes cold air loss and enhances energy efficiency.

Warranty

This product comes with a 5 year Manufacturer's Parts and Labour warranty on the unit and a 10 year warranty on the Compressor.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping charges and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
