Warranty
2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the structural frame under normal use conditions.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers all components, including motor, brakes, electrical system, axles, and battery under normal use conditions.
This warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. In the event of a defect, HandyScoot™ may, at its discretion:
Provide components to repair the unit using new or refurbished parts at no cost.
Exchange the HandyScoot™ with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished.
Refund the original purchase price.
Please note that this warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or other causes not related to defects in materials and workmanship. It also does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, upholstery, and fuses.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
What a life saver. The chair arrived in a big box. Was very easy to assemble. Just unfold and attach the foot pedals. Mom is now able to cruise around her complex visiting friends and participating in activities.
