When used together with the Alpha Fitted Sheet, it creates a smooth and supportive system: a large fitted sheet covers the mattress, while the turning sheet serves as a sliding layer.

The upper surface of the turning sheet is made of soft cotton/natural ticking, providing comfort for pain-sensitive, heavy, or special care clients.

Caregivers can gently roll the sheet against a client’s body in a lateral position and secure it with the fitted sheet, offering simple and stable lateral position support.

Ideal for healthcare professionals and caregivers, the Alpha Turning Sheet helps reduce strain while moving or repositioning clients, ensuring safe and comfortable patient handling.

• We also offer white glove engineer delivery with assembly and demonstration if required. Please contact us for a quote.
• If you require faster shipping or shipping anywhere other than the contiguous United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Warranty

This product comes with a six-month manufacturer's warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply. 
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
