This high-performance drying oven uses advanced microprocessor PID control with automatic tuning and temperature calibration to provide accurate and stable temperature control during operation.
The oven is designed for both durability and operator safety. Even when operating at maximum temperatures, the exterior surface remains below 51°C according to DIN EN 563 standards.
The heavy-duty chamber door is engineered for long-term reliability and tested under high-load conditions to ensure dependable performance in busy laboratory and industrial environments.

The Jeio Tech Heating and Cooling Chambers JMV includes over-temperature protection, over-current.
Current leakage protection with ELCB, independent safety fuses, reverse-phase protection, motor overload protection, and automatic shut-off functions.
Additional safety systems include open door warnings, automatic heater and fan shutdown when the door is opened, electric panel access protection, and a built-in key lock for secure operation.
The corrosion-resistant stainless steel inner chamber offers excellent durability, easy cleaning, and resistance to harsh laboratory conditions.
Its space-efficient design allows convenient sample loading and includes two standard shelves, with optional heavy-duty shelves available for loads up to 40 kg.
A colorful touch-type LCD controller provides simple and user-friendly operation. Users can easily monitor set temperatures, current temperatures, and operating conditions on the display.
The programmable controller supports automatic start and stop functions, graph display mode for process monitoring, and multi-language support in English, Chinese, and Korean.
Optional six-channel digital recording is also available for temperature and operational data tracking.
For advanced connectivity and process management, the oven includes a standard RS-232 communication port and optional RS-485 communication that allows simultaneous monitoring and operation of up to 32 units.
The included software supports real-time monitoring, graph analysis, program setup, data storage, backup and recovery functions, and exporting data in Excel or text formats for documentation and reporting.
The programmable control system supports up to 100 programmable patterns, 999 pattern repeat cycles, 255 part repeat cycles, and a maximum of 2,000 programmable segments.
Each segment can be programmed from 0 to 99 hours and 59 minutes, providing flexible process control for a wide range of laboratory heating, drying, and thermal treatment applications.
