Designed for user-friendly operation, the chamber features a 5.6-inch color touch display controller with real-time graph monitoring for easy tracking of testing conditions and system performance.
Its simplified water line and electrical circuit design helps minimize faults and improve long-term reliability.
The built-in water level monitoring system ensures timely replenishment, supporting uninterrupted operation during humidity testing.
The chamber is engineered with excellent thermal insulation and a double-sealed door structure to maintain consistent temperature and humidity reproducibility, even during repeated testing cycles.
Optimized airflow circulation provides stable environmental conditions throughout the chamber, while the energy-saving system improves testing efficiency and lowers power consumption.
For enhanced safety, the chamber includes advanced over-temperature protection systems, backup over-temperature limiters, independent precision sensors, and automatic shut-off features for abnormal operating conditions.
Additional protections include low water level alarms, door-open warnings, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, compressor overload protection, and refrigerant pressure monitoring.
The exterior surface temperature is maintained below 60°C for safer operation in laboratory environments.
This temperature and humidity chamber also offers convenient maintenance and observation features, including a tempered glass viewing door with built-in heating wire and LED lighting for easy sample monitoring.
The removable condenser grill simplifies cleaning and refrigeration maintenance, while the efficient water recirculation system reduces the need for frequent refilling during long-term humidity testing.
An optional direct water supply system is also available for continuous operation.
For advanced laboratory management, the chamber supports RS-485 communication, allowing up to 32 devices to connect to a PC simultaneously for centralized control and data processing.
The multifunction control system features temperature and humidity auto-tuning, temperature calibration, and a 9-zone PID control system for precise stability.
Optional LC Green Box integration enables remote mobile monitoring through the LC Connected app, while optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliant LC Data Keeper software supports GMP audit requirements and secure data management.
The programmable control system supports up to 100 patterns, 2,000 total segments, repeat functions, and programmable process times up to 99 hours and 59 minutes per segment, making it ideal for complex environmental testing applications.

Great Service. Good Purchase.
I think that I received the Rollz Electric a day or two after ordering. Great service!
First outing was an overnight at Disneyland. As with all wheelchairs, this chair will take some getting used to. As my husband's caregiver, I use the electric drive-assist function as I push the chair. It definitely makes pushing easier. There is a learning curve. Whenever you take your hand off the chair handles for 5 seconds, you get an error message and have to reset to continue. This could be improved. The back wheels are (naturally) wider than the non-electric Rollz Motion chair, and that takes getting used to maneuvering through doorways and tight spaces. We are having a Surelift 88 installed in the back of our Prius because at around 60 lbs, the Rollz Electric is too heavy for me to lift. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

The Nano lift arrived in excellent condition. We were impressed with the quality of engineering and manufacturing that went into this product ( I had a metal fabricating shop so I can appreciate quality and precision).My friends, an electrician and carpenter and I installed it in less than a day. I would like to point out that the installation instructions were poor and could use much improvement. We had to refer to the bar code for special videos on many items. Many of these referenced the Hercules lift and not the Nano. My thanks to your office liaison JEAN who did an outstanding job getting us thru the purchase and transport issues we had.THANK YOU JEAN.
