Warranty
This product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on frame, motor & electronics, and 6 months on battery, tires, and seating.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 21 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Please note that there is a restocking fee to cover shipping and return processing costs for all products except the WOW Computer.
- For Zoomer®, Zinger®, So Lite® Scooters, Air, Air Elite: 10% restocking fee
- For all other items (excluding Perfect Sleep Chair®, UPbed®): 25% restocking fee
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Return Policy Exceptions
- Some products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Perfect Sleep Chair®, UPbed®, and UPbed® Independence These items cannot be returned. If they arrive damaged or defective, we will repair or replace them. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, there is a restocking fee ($800 for Perfect Sleep Chair®, $1,000 for UPbed®) to cover shipping costs.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
