Warranty

MJM International products come with a limited lifetime warranty on the PVC frame (pipe and fittings) of its products, guaranteeing them to be free from defects in workmanship and material integrity for the duration of use by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

What’s Covered:

• PVC frame (pipe and fittings): Covered under the limited lifetime warranty
  
• Mesh, vinyl materials, seats, shelves, rails, bins, casters (and other components subject to normal wear and tear): 6-month warranty
  
• MRI and Total Lock casters: 1-year warranty
  

This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by:

• Misuse or improper installation
  
• Alteration or unauthorized modifications
  
• Exposure to hazardous or corrosive chemicals
  
• Shipping damage, accidents, or other external factors
  

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all joints and components carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
