This medical mattress also has static mode included for easier transfers, and the seat inflate function increases air pressure in the middle section by 20% to support seated patients.

The pillow top design offers additional head and neck stability, while a fluid-resistant, quilted nylon cover adds comfort and resists bacteria and moisture buildup.

This product comes with a 2 year non-prorated manufacturer's parts warranty.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product.

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
