These temperature and humidity controlled chambers provide an adjustable temperature range of 4°C to 70°C for solid door models and 20°C to 60°C for glass door models, making them suitable for a variety of laboratory applications.
Each unit includes essential monitoring and safety features such as hi/low alarms, a door ajar alarm, alarm history, RS-485 communication, USB data port, battery backup, and remote alarm contacts.
The chambers are also CL and UL listed for safety and compliance in laboratory and research environments.
Engineered for moisture-sensitive storage, So-Low Humidity Chambers create a tightly sealed and precisely controlled internal environment.
A specialized cabinet seal combined with rigid foam insulation helps isolate the interior from outside conditions, allowing accurate control of humidity levels.

Warranty
This product comes with a 1.5-year manufacturer’s parts warranty, a 1.5-year labor warranty on the unit, and a 5-year warranty on the compressor.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we will help resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we will guide you through the return process.
Important points:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee apply.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
