Each unit features a microprocessor-based digital temperature controller with dual displays, allowing users to monitor both the setpoint and actual internal temperature for precise control.
For added protection, the freezers include audible and visual alarms for high and low temperature conditions, as well as power failure alerts.
A built-in battery backup keeps the alarm system active during outages, and dry contacts allow for remote monitoring integration.
Built for heavy-duty use, the exterior is constructed from powder-coated steel, while the interior is made of zinc-coated galvanized steel to resist corrosion and withstand demanding applications.
High-density CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency and temperature stability.
To reduce cold air loss, each model includes five stainless steel inner doors and a standard 1/2" access port for external temperature probes.
Manual defrost ensures stable performance without heat cycles that could impact stored products.

Warranty
This product comes with a 1 year manufacturer's parts and labor warranty on the unit and a 1 year warranty on the compressor.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee apply.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
