The ShowerGlyde SG1, SG2, and SG3 are a family of sliding transfer solutions designed to improve safety, comfort, and independence during bathing for individuals with limited mobility.

All three models use a secure rail-based sliding system that allows users to transfer smoothly in and out of the bathtub with reduced lifting, lowering fall risk, and less strain on caregivers.

Each model is built with durable, rust-resistant materials and includes key safety features such as a stable locking mechanism, supportive seating, and secure positioning for reliable everyday use.

What differentiates the three models is how they adapt to different bathroom layouts. The SG1 Sliding Transfer Bench is best for standard bathrooms with open space beside the tub, offering a straight sliding path and secure end-to-end locking.

The SG2 Tub Transfer Bench is designed for more complex layouts where a toilet is positioned next to the bathtub, featuring an extended rail system that allows sliding across both areas for uninterrupted access.

The SG3 Pivoting Shower Chair is ideal for compact bathrooms with limited clearance, using a shorter rail system combined with a pivoting seat that rotates for easier entry and positioning when a full sliding path is not possible.

Together, the ShowerGlyde series provides a flexible solution for different bathroom configurations while maintaining the same core focus: safe, controlled transfers and improved bathing independence.

Warranty

The Solution Based ShowerGlyde Sliding Transfer Bench come with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one year warranty on all other parts.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• Open box sales are final — no returns (i.e. once opened, we don’t accept return)
• If your box is unopened, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee apply.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
