Warranty
Strongback Mobility offers a limited warranty on its products, covering defects in manufacturing and materials.
Warranty Coverage
- Frame Warranty: The frame is covered for 5 years
- Seat, Footrests, and Other Components: These parts are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Strongback Mobility wheelchair.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Strongback Mobility
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Return Authorization: Obtain a return authorization from Alto Med Supply
- Inspection: Once the product is received, it will be inspected to determine if the defect is covered under warranty.
- Resolution: If the defect is covered, Alto Med Supply will repair or replace the defective part or product.
If you have any issues with your items, please contact us and we’ll help resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please contact us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply. Please contact us to confirm these at the time of purchase.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
