The TR Equipment TR4000 Atlas Bariatric Battery-Operated Shower Trolley, available at Alto Med Supply, is designed to deliver safe, efficient, and dignified hygiene care for bariatric and taller patients.
With a high weight capacity of up to 1,000 lbs., this trolley offers generous body space and reliable performance, making it suitable for a wide range of caregiving needs beyond showering, such as dressing and nursing.
Engineered for both patient comfort and caregiver ergonomics, the TR4000 features quiet, battery-powered height and tilt adjustment, easily controlled with a handheld remote.
The stretcher can be smoothly raised or lowered between 21" and 32.9" and tilted in both directions to assist with drainage or to achieve the Trendelenburg position in emergency situations.
An audible signal alerts the user when the stretcher is level for added safety.
Built with durable powder-coated stainless steel and rated IPX5 for water resistance, the trolley is easy to clean and disinfect, ensuring a hygienic environment.
It comes fully assembled and ready for use, complete with a high-quality, flame-retardant PVC mattress in blue, a 15-degree wedge pillow for added head support, and a 1-meter flexible drainage hose located at the foot end.
The TR4000 is equipped with large 5.9" casters for smooth transport and includes a centralized foot-operated braking system with straight-line steering for enhanced maneuverability.
Protective rubber bumpers on all four corners help prevent damage to walls and doorways.
Foldable stainless steel side rails lock securely into place and can be collapsed 180 degrees for easy patient transfers or to pass through narrow doorways.
For added versatility, the head-end rail can be folded horizontally to increase the trolley’s usable length.
Power is supplied by high capacity 24V rechargeable batteries, which can be charged using the included MagCode magnetic connector designed to prevent damage if the trolley is moved during charging.
A visual charging indicator shows yellow while charging and green when the battery is fully charged.
The system is also available with a removable battery option for facilities that require more flexibility.
Easy to operate, clean, and maintain, the TR4000 supports safe patient handling and is compatible with the TR 2810 Shower Panel to create a complete and comfortable hygiene system for both patients and caregivers.
