The BathLyft gently lowers and raises the user in and out of the tub using a reliable, battery-operated system.

The backrest reclines up to 52°, allowing for a more relaxing bathing position, and lowers to a minimum seat height of just 2.5 inches from the tub floor for deeper water immersion.

Integrated side flaps create a smooth transfer surface, making lateral movement into the seat easier and more secure.

A floating, water-resistant hand control operates the lift and delivers approximately 35 cycles per charge.

For added safety, a built-in safety switch prevents operation if the battery does not have enough power to complete a full lift.

Warranty

The Solution Based Bathlyft comes with a 1 year limited warranty covering key components against manufacturing or design defects:

• Frame & Actuator: 1 year
• Hand Control (Remote): 1 year
• Battery Charger: 1 year

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• Open box sales are final — no returns (i.e. once opened, we don’t accept return)
• If your box is unopened, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee apply.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
