Warranty
The Dynarex Semi-Electric Homecare Bed comes with a 5-year warranty on the motor and hand control, covering the primary electrical components responsible for adjusting the head and foot positions.
All other parts and components are covered by a 1-year warranty, typically including items such as casters, the spring deck, and miscellaneous hardware.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
