The Protekt Akra-FE provides electric adjustment of the head, foot, and overall bed height, allowing the bed to be positioned for comfort, care, and easier transfers.

The height adjusts from 9 to 23 inches, while the large-button hand pendant provides simple control of the upper body, knee, and height positions.

The head and foot sections can be adjusted independently or simultaneously.

Its reinforced steel spring deck and welded steel split-frame construction provide dependable support and durability, with a 450 lb weight capacity.

For added convenience, the Akra-FE features quiet, efficient ETL-approved low-voltage DC motors with a motor box that can be quickly attached or removed for service and cleaning.

In the event of a power outage, a built-in emergency hand crank allows manual operation, while the 9V battery backup can provide movement to the lowest position when needed. The battery is not included.

Additional design features include recessed head and foot assemblies to help reduce pinching points, scratch-resistant bed ends, mattress keepers to help prevent mattress movement, and four 3-inch casters for maneuverability.

Two casters lock in place, while two swivel for smoother movement. The complete bed, including rails when selected, ships in just two boxes for easier handling and setup.

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.

• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee apply.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
