The Accuris SmartWasher™ 96 Plate Washer is a fully automated ELISA microplate washer designed to deliver precise, efficient, and contamination-free assay preparation.

Ideal for laboratories performing high-throughput testing, the SmartWasher™ 96 ensures consistent and accurate results while significantly reducing manual effort.

This advanced system offers precision control of the aspiration needle position accurate to 0.1mm with minimal residual liquid left in wells (≤1μl/well), enhancing assay reliability and consistency.

Compatible with full plates, partial plates, and strips featuring U, V, C, or flat bottoms, the SmartWasher™ 96 supports a wide range of microplate formats.

Users can easily program and store up to 100 custom wash protocols, with convenient transfer capability via flash drive. 

A large, intuitive 4.3” LCD display and keypad make operation simple, allowing full control over dispense volume, suction time, soak cycles, shake cycles, and shaking speed.

Designed with contamination prevention in mind, this plate washer features an automatic rinse function that primes the dispensing system and wash heads to reduce the risk of clogs and carryover.

Liquid level sensors in the wash, rinse, and waste bottles provide real-time alerts, ensuring smooth operation and preventing overflows or dry runs.

A transparent acrylic shield enhances safety while allowing clear visibility of the wash process, and a beveled spill well helps contain and remove accidental leaks.

Interchangeable 8- and 12-channel manifolds (sold separately) support various plate orientations for added flexibility.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
