Warranty

This product comes with a 15-year warranty on welds, 5 years on electrical and mechanical components, and 1 year on all other parts.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every
purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the
  goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
