All Bestcare products come with:
3 year manufacturer's parts warranty on patient lift frames and spreader bars.
2 year manufacturer's parts warranty on Actuator, control box, pendant, charger, weigh scale, Stand Aids (all components of STA400 STA450), or casters excluding normal tread wear.
1 year manufacturer's parts warranty on battery or hydraulic pump.
6 month warranty on reusable fabric slings.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.

Patient lifts are non-returnable unless an incorrect lift is shipped in error, or the lift arrives heavily damaged or defective.

Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
