Warranty

This product comes with a two-year limited repair or replace policy on all hard parts, and one-year limited repair or replace policy on cushions and arm pads.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new NuProdx product.

It does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of NuProdx.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all joints and components carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
