The ShowerBuddy, a caregiver-assisted transfer chair designed to transform your standard curbed shower into an accessible, barrier-free bathing solution in minutes.

This innovative system reduces the need for heavy lifting and multiple transfers during toileting and showering, providing a safer and more convenient experience without the expense or disruption of a full bathroom remodel.

The SB1 consists of three key components: a rolling base that doubles as a bedside commode, a bridge, and a shower base.

The rolling base moves easily like a wheelchair, allowing users to transfer from room to room and position over the toilet.

After toileting, the base and shower base connect via the bridge to glide over the shower curb, then the shower base can rotate 360 degrees, giving the user flexibility to face the shower controls or any desired direction.

A secondary safety mechanism helps prevent the chair from sliding off the track, enhancing security during use.

Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, the SB1 features a front-opening cushion, flip-back and removable armrests, height adjustability, a footplate, 5" lockable casters, a removable commode bucket with lid, and both lap and chest belts.

It supports users up to 350 lbs and weighs 54.8 lbs.

Warranty

The Solution Based Showerbuddy Transfer Chair comes with a Limited lifetime warranty included.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• Open box sales are final — no returns (i.e. once opened, we don’t accept return)
• If your box is unopened, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee apply.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
