The Joerns UltraCare® XT, available at Alto Med Supply, is a premium hospital bed designed to deliver personalized, dignified care across a variety of healthcare environments.

Engineered with a reinforced steel frame and toroidal architecture, this Joerns hospital bed supports a weight capacity of up to 650 lbs making it an ideal choice for both standard and bariatric care needs.

The UltraCare® XT features intuitive controls and Joerns' AdvanceCare positioning system, now enhanced with 30° and 45° comfort pauses to support improved circulation, respiratory therapy, and sleep quality while streamlining caregiver efficiency.

With a four-section extendable mattress platform, the bed offers a full range of therapeutic and comfort positions, helping reduce skin shear and promoting mobility.

The optional staff control panel includes safety lockouts, ergonomic access, and programmable AutoTransfer Height for easier, safer transfers.

The bed is also Connexio®-ready, enabling smart connected care with real-time visibility into resident status, staff, and assets empowering clinicians to deliver more efficient care.

Designed with both safety and flexibility in mind, the UltraCare® XT includes UltraLock options at the foot or both ends of the bed for added stability at any height.

A patented arched leg design allows for one of the lowest bed heights in the industry, helping to minimize fall risk.

For nighttime safety, the integrated LED SafeLight provides soft, adjustable floor lighting to support safe egress.

Warranty

This product comes with a 15-year warranty on the steel structure, a 5-year warranty on mechanical and electrical components, a lifetime warranty on the welds, and a 90-day warranty on certain wear parts.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
