Warranty
All Bestcare products come with:
- 3 year manufacturer's parts warranty on patient lift frames and spreader bars.
- 2 year manufacturer's parts warranty on Actuator, control box, pendant, charger, weigh scale, Stand Aids (all components of STA400 STA450), or casters excluding normal tread wear.
- 1 year manufacturer's parts warranty on battery or hydraulic pump.
- 6 month warranty on reusable fabric slings.

Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene
reasons.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
