The Protekt® Aire 7000 features customizable turning modes (Left Turn, Right Turn, and Full Turn) with adjustable cycle times from 10 to 95 minutes.
Its TrueCare™ Alternating technology ensures a smoother pressure transition by reinflating one set of air cells before deflating the next.
The iLAL™ (independent Low Air Loss) system helps regulate skin temperature and moisture by delivering periodic high-volume airflow, while the constant low pressure (CLP) and pulsate modes allow for further therapy customization depending on patient tolerance and condition.

This product comes with a 2-year non-prorated manufacturer's parts warranty.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
