The Wheelchair Carrier XL4 Electric Lift, available from Alto Med Supply, is specially engineered to transport extra-large 4-wheeled mobility scooters and devices with wheelbases between 40"–42" (center to center) and up to 32" wide.

As the only electric lift on the market designed specifically for oversized mobility devices, the XL4 offers unmatched convenience, durability, and ease of use for individuals requiring heavy-duty transport solutions.

Built with a robust all-steel frame and finished with e-coating and powder coating for long-term durability, this carrier features a 350 lb weight capacity and a 48" x 34" usable platform.

The lift automatically folds up into a compact stowaway position when not in use, making it ideal for travel and storage.

A power booster switch box provides smooth, effortless lift operation, while four retractable ratchets keep your mobility device securely in place during transport.

Additional features include a 21-foot wire harness with a 30 amp resettable circuit breaker, up to 24 inches of ground clearance, and compatibility with both 1 1/4" and 2" hitch receivers.

A swing-away option is also available for enhanced accessibility and convenience.

Warranty

CARRIERS: All carriers come with a 3 year manufacturer's parts warranty.

TRANSPORT COVERS: All transport covers come with a 1 year manufacturer's parts warranty.

EXCEPTIONS: 1 year limited warranty on all Electrical components including motor and actuator. All custom orders have a 90~day limited warranty. Retractable ratchet straps carry a one 1 year limited warranty provided through the manufacturer.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
