Warranty

Afikim Scooter Warranty

Every Afikim mobility scooter purchased through Alto Med Supply is backed by
Afikim Electric Vehicles’ manufacturer warranty.

2-Year Comprehensive Warranty – Parts & Labor Included

Your scooter is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, starting from the date
of delivery. This includes the free replacement of defective parts and labor costs
when repairs are carried out by an authorized Afikim technician.

Covered components include:

• Main frame & tiller frame
  
• Seat post
  
• Bearings & bushings
  
• Wiring harnesses
  
• Power units & controllers
  
• Battery chargers
  
• Key electronic components (e.g. front board, display, lights, blinkers, USB port)
  
• Common parts (e.g. switches, key switch, brakes, fuses, gas pistons, shock absorbers, potentiometers, sensors, fork)

Note: Scooters must be unpacked within 30 days of delivery to qualify for full warranty coverage.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Products with missing or altered serial numbers
  
• Damage from misuse, accidents, poor maintenance, or improper storage
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  

Normal wear and tear on the following items:

• ABS plastic panels
  
• Brake pads
  
• Tires and tubes
  
• Motor brushes
• Light bulbs
• Batteries*

*Battery issues due to deep discharge, cold storage, or heavy use are not
covered.

All warranty inquiries and claims must be submitted through Alto Med
Supply.

Optional 3rd Year Warranty Extension

A third year of warranty coverage is available at the time of purchase. To add this extension please select this in the drop down menu and time of purchase.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at
support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to request a return of your order within 48 hours of receiving your scooter. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
