Applied while the child is lying down, the sling features a soft, breathable polyester net fabric that offers gentle elasticity and a “pant-style” design that helps prevent shifting during activity.

For enhanced comfort, the Activity Sling includes padded shoulder supports, integrated neck and head support, and elasticized side straps that adapt naturally to movement.

Its extended back design promotes stability, while its 2-point suspension compatibility ensures safe use with an overhead ceiling lift system.

Crafted for durability, the sling incorporates reinforced straps and high-strength nylon webbing that stand up to everyday use.

Color-coded labels and positioning straps make it quick and easy for caregivers to select the correct size and achieve proper placement.

Warranty

This product comes with a six month manufacturer's warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply. 
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
