Comfort and convenience are built into every detail, including removable padded armrests, easy-to-clean embossed vinyl upholstery that resists mildew and bacteria, and a rear chart pocket for added practicality.
Users can choose between tool-free swing-away footrests with heel loops or padded elevating legrests with composite footplates; elevating legrests feature a pneumatic piston for smooth, infinite positioning.
Precision sealed bearings, composite handrims, 24" solid urethane rear tires, and adjustable solid rubber front casters ensure smooth maneuverability and long-lasting reliability.

Warranty
This product comes with a 3-year limited manufacturer's parts warranty.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Proactive Medical.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
