At the core of the Protekt® Ultra Comfort pad is Visco Gel Polymer Technology (VGPT™), a breathable, gel-infused visco memory foam top layer that contours to the patient’s body.

This technology not only promotes comfort but also minimizes the risk of pressure injuries by reducing "bottoming out" and maintaining a cool surface temperature.

Beneath the top layer, a three-layer construction of high-resilient, medical-grade urethane foam works in unison to provide optimal pressure redistribution and postural support.

The firm base layer ensures stability, while the middle layer enhances weight distribution for a more balanced experience.

Built for clinical efficiency, the pad features a durable stretch cover that minimizes shear and friction during patient transfers.

The non-skid bottom, equipped with Velcro strips, helps the pad remain securely in place. Additional protective features include the Fluid Protection Zipper Guard (FPZG™), which helps prevent contamination from spills and fluids.

The pad is antimicrobial, anti-static, stain-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and non-allergenic making it both hygienic and long-lasting.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
