Each SleepSafe® Bed is built to order in the USA and meets or exceeds FDA guidelines on the 7 Zones of Entrapment.

Choose from a variety of bed foundations including fixed, articulating, or HiLo models in manual, electric, or combination configurations.

The Extension model is compatible exclusively with the SleepSafer® Tall Bed, and can be ordered with or without the top enclosure depending on individual needs.

Durable finishes, customizable wood and color options, and optional safety padding (over or around the bed rails) ensure both safety and aesthetic appeal.

Designed with both safety and functionality in mind, the SleepSafe® Extension Bed features full-length, hinged safety rails for easy access and break-resistant clear or mesh windows for enhanced supervision.

Lockable casters allow for safe mobility, while the premium memory foam mattress made with CertiPUR-US® certified gel foam supports up to 350 pounds and offers excellent breathability, heat dissipation, and pressure relief.

Warranty

One-Year Full Warranty on SleepSafe Beds

SleepSafe Beds are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. During this period, should any defects arise, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost to the customer, provided the part is shipped within the continental United States. Customers should report any faults by providing detailed written notice along with photographs. We may inspect the product to verify the fault. If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item. In cases where repair is insufficient, a replacement will be arranged.

Extended Limited Warranty (Years Two to Five)

From the second to the fifth year following your purchase, if any parts of your SleepSafe Beds are found to be defective, we will replace them. The purchaser is responsible for all service and shipping costs associated with the replacement of these parts.

Maintenance

Periodic checks of the tightness of all fasteners are recommended for product stability and safety.
Clean with water and mild detergent using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and solvents.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
