With safety rail heights reaching up to 36¼ inches and up to 53 inches when configured as an extension bed this model is ideal for active sleepers who require a more secure sleeping environment.

Built in the USA by SleepSafe®, this bed meets or exceeds FDA guidelines on the 7 Zones of Entrapment, making it a trusted solution for complex care needs.

Each SleepSafer® bed is made to order and available in twin, full, or queen sizes.

Customers can choose from a variety of bed foundations, including fixed, manual articulating, or electric Hi-Lo options to fit individual mobility and care preferences.

The frame features highly durable finishes, and users can personalize their bed with a selection of wood tones and color combinations.

Optional padding can be installed over or around the safety rails, offering both comfort and added protection.

Designed for both ease of use and enhanced visibility, the SleepSafer® Tall Bed includes full-length wood safety rails that are hinged and removable.

Warranty

One-Year Full Warranty on SleepSafe Beds

SleepSafe Beds are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. During this period, should any defects arise, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost to the customer, provided the part is shipped within the continental United States. Customers should report any faults by providing detailed written notice along with photographs. We may inspect the product to verify the fault. If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item. In cases where repair is insufficient, a replacement will be arranged.

Extended Limited Warranty (Years Two to Five)

From the second to the fifth year following your purchase, if any parts of your SleepSafe Beds are found to be defective, we will replace them. The purchaser is responsible for all service and shipping costs associated with the replacement of these parts.

Maintenance

Periodic checks of the tightness of all fasteners are recommended for product stability and safety.
Clean with water and mild detergent using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and solvents.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
