Built for full submersion, these pool and shower wheelchairs feature a durable, noncorrosive construction using furniture-grade PVC and high-quality stainless steel components, making them ideal for long-term aquatic use.
Lightweight yet sturdy, each model supports up to 350 lbs. and includes essential features like a retractable screened footrest, swing-away armrests for easy transfers, and graphite hand rims for smooth maneuverability.
The AquaTrek2 lineup includes two models to accommodate different user needs.
The AQ-350 offers a 24-inch seat depth, making it a great choice for taller adults who require proper leg positioning and support.
The AQ-250 features a more compact 17-inch seat depth, ideal for users under 6 feet tall, promoting better posture and comfort while also functioning effectively as a seated walker or shower chair.
Both models are engineered with user safety and accessibility in mind and can be upgraded with ADA-compliant options, including anti-tip wheels, a reclining high-back, and a seat belt with shoulder harness.

Warranty
This product comes with a 12 month limited manufacturer's parts warranty.
Important Notes:
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and 30% restocking fee apply.
- Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
