The Dynarex Expansion Kit is made for Dynarex D300 Beds and features a tool-free design that easily expands the bed deck width from 36 inches to 42 inches, allowing it to accommodate a 42-inch mattress for improved comfort.
Also available is the Dynarex LTC Battery Backup, a practical bed accessory that provides backup power to support bed repositioning during power outages.
This battery backup is compatible with Dynarex D400 and D500 LTC Beds and helps ensure continued bed operation when electrical power is unavailable.
Each accessory is sold individually, with one unit per case.

The Dynarex Bed Accessories & Expansion Kits comes with a 1 year Warranty.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
